Policy and Action Assistant

Hailing from the capital city of the great state of North Carolina, Trinity Williams (she/her) is the policy and action assistant at Sojourners.

She recently earned her B.A. in Latin American Hemispheric Studies and International Affairs with a concentration in International Development from The George Washington University. As a result of her love of being Everything Everywhere All at Once (which is coincidentally one of her favorite movies), she brings to Sojourners extensive experience in research, DEI work, student organizing, music, and a love for learning languages. At the core of her experience is a desire to continue to find where her passions and experience not only intersect, but how they can work towards a truly just and decolonized world.

In her free time, you can find Trinity talking someone’s ear off about the relationship between pop culture and social issues, crocheting, cooking, beatboxing, arranging music, or trying to figure out what new hobby she can add to her collection.

Entering this new season and fifth year in the nation’s capital, Trinity is most excited to learn, organize, and build community within Sojourners and beyond.
